Our client, in the Industrial sector, is seeking Warehouse Associates to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Distribution Department supporting the logistics and warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will have dependability, motivation, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associates

Location: Carlisle, PA

Pay Range:

Shift: 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM; 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Load and unload products from trailers
• Pick and pack orders accurately
• Sort, stage, and organize merchandise for shipment
• Move inventory throughout the warehouse
• Maintain productivity and quality standards

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Cargar y descargar productos de remolques
• Seleccionar y empacar pedidos con precisión
• Clasificar, preparar y organizar mercancía para envío
• Mover inventario dentro del almacén
• Mantener los estándares de productividad y calidad

¿Qué se necesita?

• Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 lbs
• Capacidad para estar de pie, caminar, doblarse y levantar durante toda la jornada
• Asistencia confiable y transporte propio
• Experiencia en almacén es una ventaja, pero no es obligatoria
• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico en equipo
