Conduct thorough assessments of affected properties to determine remediation needs.
Implement effective cleaning and restoration techniques for various environments.
Utilize industry-standard equipment and safety protocols during remediation processes.
Document and report progress, challenges, and solutions during each project.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry best practices.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
Previous experience in remediation, restoration, or a related field is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks.
