Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Summary: 
As the part-time Maintenance Technician, you will primarily focus on the maintenance of common areas and condo units. You may also complete the general upkeep of aesthetics, such as painting and landscaping. This intermediate position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and trades! 

Job Specifications: 

• Starting Wage: $22.26/hr - $27.83/hr

• Employment Type: Year Round

• Shift Type: Part Time hours available

• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

• Housing Availability: No

 
Job Responsibilities: 

• Check and balance hot tub chemicals 

• Perform checks on mechanical equipment 

• Assist in a variety of maintenance work 

• Other duties as assigned 

• Weekends ~4 hours/day (8-16 hours/week) 

 
Job Requirements:  

• 2+ years of experience working in hospitality maintenance operations

• Ability to work weekends and holidays

• Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of different tasks 

• Strong communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills 

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds 

• Have a strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team. 

• Mechanical aptitude is an asset 

• Suits a self-motivated person that enjoys a sense of accomplishment 

The expected pay range is $22.26/hr - $27.83/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
