They must be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which includes performing repetitive movements, standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing stairs and ladders, etc. We aim to keep our subcontractors busy and develop a lasting business relationship!ResponsibilitiesUnderstands and executes work orders in a timely and professional mannerMaintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and suppliesInspects work for the highest qualityMaintains strict attention to detail when working at customer's propertyFollows all safety policies and proceduresQualificationsPainting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipmentMust have own equipment (brushes, rollers, sprayers, etc.)Understanding of interior and exterior paintingMust have transportationCompensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourBehind every excellent paint job, are the people who get to know the homeowner, help craft the design, improve the look and feel and even keep the project moving along.
