Stryker Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our Daytona Beach, Florida location. This full-time role involves providing high-quality therapeutic interventions to a diverse patient population in an onsite outpatient office setting. Work Environment

Our Daytona Beach outpatient facility is designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere where patients can feel comfortable while receiving care. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art treatment tools and technology. As an onsite team member, you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care that maximizes patient outcomes. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, consisting of a 40-hour shift, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs as referred by physicians.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that align with best practices in orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine physical therapy.
• Provide patient education and training to ensure clients and their caregivers fully understand the treatment process and home care exercises.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal functional outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture by demonstrating excellent customer service and teamwork during all patient interactions and clinical functions.
• Meet productivity goals and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the overall effectiveness of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population at Stryker Physical Therapy includes individuals across various age groups and physical conditions. You will have the rewarding opportunity to work with patients recovering from sports injuries, surgical procedures, and chronic conditions requiring therapeutic intervention. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current and valid physical therapy license in the State of Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using technology and electronic documentation systems for therapeutic interventions and patient management.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with two or more years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting are preferred, especially those with expertise in specialty areas such as orthopedics, pediatrics, or sports medicine. A history of developing strong patient rapport and exceeding recovery goals through collaborative approaches will set you apart.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, paired with an attractive benefits package.
