House Manager – Deaf Services Location: Weymouth, MA Position Type: Full‑Time (37.5 hrs) Salary: $58,500.00 The Residential House Manager offers personalized, person‑centered support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing in a group home setting. They provide strategic leadership, manage operations, and oversee the residential program. This position emphasizes maintaining high‑quality, safe, and inclusive living spaces, promoting each resident’s well‑being and achievements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and advancing organizational goals through effective program development, staff supervision, and operational excellence.
