Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that may include therapeutic exercises, neurodevelopmental treatment, and modalities to restore function.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving patient needs.
• Delivering patient education on rehabilitation processes, preventive measures, and home exercises to promote self-management and recovery.
• Engaging in team meetings and case reviews to discuss patient outcomes and collaborate on treatment strategies with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele you will work with is diverse, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, pediatric patients, neurologic conditions, and those needing sports medicine rehabilitation. Qualifications

To excel in this role, applicants must possess:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, plus proficient computer skills.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
