Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will be expected to undertake a variety of responsibilities that directly impact patient recovery and health. Your key tasks will include:

• Evaluating and assessing patients referred by their physicians to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Creating personalized therapy plans incorporating patient history, physical assessments, and physician recommendations.
• Implementing treatment programs that utilize the latest evidence-based practices for a diverse patient population.
• Administering therapeutic interventions across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Providing guidance and education to patients and their caregivers regarding treatment plans and exercises.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to meet functional and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient care.
• Striving to meet utilization goals while contributing to the overall effectiveness and growth of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a broad spectrum of patients, from athletes seeking to return to peak performance to children recovering from injuries and adults dealing with chronic pain or neurological conditions. By tailoring your approach to the individual needs of each patient, you will play a crucial role in their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they regain function and return to their everyday activities. Your focus on personalized care will enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-approved program.
• A valid license to practice as a physical therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with patients and their families.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and basic office software.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting is preferred. Familiarity with specialized treatment areas such as sports rehabilitation or pediatrics will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote your well-being and support your career growth.
