Key Responsibilities

  • Foster excellent relationships with patients and their caregivers by effectively communicating treatment goals and progress.

  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes aligned with physician recommendations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice caters to a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, pediatric issues, and sports-related injuries. Your role will involve customizing your approach to address the unique needs of each patient, thereby ensuring a respectful and effective care experience tailored to their specific rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
  • A valid physical therapy license in the State of New Jersey.
  • A graduate from an accredited program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or CAPTE.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including word processing, to facilitate documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in a physical therapy setting. Experience in home health care or outpatient rehabilitation is a significant advantage. Compensation and Benefits
