About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Freelance Recruiter to partner with us in fulfilling our clients' US-based IT and Non-IT hiring requirements.

This opportunity is ideal for recruiters who have an established candidate network/database and can consistently source qualified candidates within tight turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapid Sourcing: Leverage your own candidate database, professional network, and job boards to identify qualified IT and Non-IT candidates.
• TAT Adherence: Deliver relevant and screened candidate profiles within the agreed turnaround time for each requirement.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidates against technical, functional, and client requirements.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an active talent pool of IT and Non-IT candidates for urgent and niche requirements.
• Process Coordination: Coordinate with candidates and our internal recruitment team throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process.
• Requirement Management: Work on multiple client requirements simultaneously while maintaining quality and submission speed.

What We're Looking For

• An established and active candidate database/network covering IT and/or Non-IT professionals.
• Proven experience in freelance, agency, or corporate recruitment .
• Demonstrated ability to source and close positions efficiently.
• Ability to work within strict TAT requirements .
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
