Are well‑connected, respected by peers, and have a personal brand in the recruiting community (e.g., active LinkedIn, trusted network). Care deeply about quality, processes, and candidate experience. Are excited to work flexibly—this role is fully remote and freelance‑friendly. Nice to Have Previous experience recruiting at early‑stage startups or high‑growth tech companies.
