Experienced Automotive Sales Representative (CDJR)

We're looking for a proven automotive sales professional who knows how to build relationships, close deals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you have a successful track record in vehicle sales and are ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
• Present financing and protection options in partnership with the finance team.
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales.
• Follow up with prospects and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Stay current on CDJR products, inventory, incentives, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required sales documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience with a demonstrated record of success.
• Strong closing, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership sales processes.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

• Maximum Salary: $120,000.00
