Delta's OP&P Crew Planning & Performance team is responsible for maximize crew availability by forecasting demand & optimally placing supply, delivering analytical insights to improving DL's operational performance. The broader team link planning decisions to crew performance outcomes to continuously improve results, scales & standardizes best practices across the pilot & flight attendant crew divisions and connects the dots between crew performance and the broader operation / enterprise. The Analytics Specialist will be asked to work closely with leaders on the IFS and FOP Crew teams, as well as the broader OP&P organization to develop creative solutions to current challenges. We are looking for data curious individuals who seek to understand process and can connect with our business partners to leverage data and drive improvement.
